I was referred to Richie Duncan by a friend., and can't say enough about him. From the first time we talked Richie was a bundle of energy and made it very clear that he was going to take care of my wife and I. He started by sending a list of all the things that we needed to get together and once he had them he was off and running, keeping us well informed every step of the way. If it meant spending time on the weekend or evening to make our home loan a reality, that's what Richie did. If a problem arose he was right there to get it resolved immediately and he went out of his way to make sure that we understood everything going on and were completely comfortable with it.
