Omar and Lori are absolutely amazing. I ordered a significant amount of flour tile and was thrilled with my experience. A few months after my order, my wife and I decided we wanted to tile our entire house and needed500 additional square feet. Our order was promptly placed and received quickly. After receiving the additional tile, I realized the dye lot was different. Omar and Lori went way above and beyond to work out an exchange of my tile for the matching dyelot.
