Having recently moved to Calgary from the UK I searched online for an audiologist who worked with Phonak hearing aids and found Audiology Innovations. How lucky was that! The friendliness, competence, professionalism, the follow-up calls to check that all is well. These mean a lot to anyone, but that sort of personalised care, patience and understanding is particularly appreciated when one is, like me, old and forgetful.
