I would appreciate it if this email could be forwarded to the appropriate department in order for Connie Mastoras to receive recognition from my husband and I for performing exemplary customer service on behalf of Alarm New England. I believe she's in the training department for the Cape Cod area.
We recently upgraded our Alarm New England system and she was fantastic at walking me through the steps to understand the new highlights of our system. In fact we were on the phone for quite some time and she took the time to trouble shoot one issue we were having and called me back the next day. She also gave me her number and said to call with ANY questions... training or otherwise. I have since called her for a refresher on one topic.
But today I needed to implement a temporary change in who to call should our alarm be activated. So I went to my "go to gal", Connie, to see if she could help me figure out who to phone. She went the extra mile for me, said to email her the info and she would be sure it reached the right people. Just a short time later, she forwarded to me confirmation that the change had been made. I don't think that's her responsibility, but she handled my issue and made it so easy for me. I am very grateful for her help. You all are very lucky to have her in your service and I am very lucky to have her number.
I just wanted to be sure you all know what a gem you have in this employee - but I bet you already do.
