Great overall company. Juan from Sales and everyone involved went above and beyond to help my family and I to get a hi heat mini split system installed as quickly as possible when our steam heating system broke during the coldest days of winter. Just to speak on the type of customer service they provide....Juan offered to help me fix up any of the service holes that were made during the installation on his personal time as I was getting ready to travel abroad for a business trip. He just took a load of stress off my mind through a tough experience during a really brutal winter..I spoke to at least 3 other different companies from local to big companies and the level of customer service and care that Juan provided really stood out. It made Richair an obvious choice and my family and I are definitely happy with the choice. The Mitsubishi hi heat mini split system works really well. I was worried and a bit scared off by some other vendors but Juan really explained the realistic expectations and assured me it will work well and the system he configured definitely addressed our heating needs. I highly recommend them.
