WOW!! I can not say enough about Richie and his team they went over and above to make this happen for my husband and I!! I started out with another Lender and well it fell apart when I started asking them questions about their BBB reviews they flaked out on me and never returned any of my phone calls. I was in a situation where I needed a cash out refinance ASAP or file BK and I did not want to do the BK. I filled out the questions on line and the phone rang immediately the gentlemen on the phone told me I would receive a call first thing Monday at 9am. On Monday at 9am the phone rang and it was Richie, I explained everything and he went to work! My credit score was low, my debt was high and he made it happen!! Did we hit speed bumps? Absolutely, but not one time did Richie or his team give up on me. Every time I texted or emailed I had a response back within a matter of minutes day or night! I honestly could go on and on about what a great experience it has been. If I ever need to do this again my 1st and only call will be Richie!! Thank you Richie and team it has been a pleasure!
