We received the service we expected, and the workmanship was excellent on both visits. Technician was super helpful and very knowledgeable. He even shared some thoughts on how to avoid other problems in the future. Your processes for initiating a claim are awkward, time consuming and require excessive effort. The response to my claim was not timely, and it took a phone call from me weeks later inquiring about status to even get the claim submitted to someone for initiation. So technically I was very pleased; administratively it was a pain in the rear end. I also did not appreciate being told that I should install the parts sent to my house on my own, even though I was also reminded that it would be done for me if I didn't feel comfortable doing it. I paid a lot of money for this warranty to cover repairs/replacement not parts.
