I called White Horse Pest Management in a panic because I had a small out break of bed bugs in my home. Not only was I embarrassed! I was also dumbfounded because I had no idea what they were, and where they came from. All I truly wanted was for them to be out IMMEDIATELY!!!! I called and Jon picked up. He stayed on the phone with me for over 15 mins, calming my nerves and most importantly educating me on what to expect throughout the process. I had a day to prep and the following day Jon came and sprayed. I must say, I am in the service industry and Jon is not only professional but overall a great person. He really went above and beyond for my family and I greatly appreciate that. He also came back for a follow-up spray, it was scheduled for a Thursday and I called him sooner. He literally rearranged his schedule to come out and take another look to make sure everything went well. I HIGHLY recommend White Horse Pest Management.
