This is the best customer service I have ever had. For starters, Dona responds to all the emails herself. So I ordered a with Apple Pay and it didn’t add the discount code that they had. So I emailed them and Dona responded quickly and refunded the money. Then when the belt came I quickly realized I screwed up a didn’t get the right size. I emailed them again and Dona spent the next hour working with me on figuring out what size I really needed. Then shipped out a new belt with a return address label to send the wrong size one back. You could not ask for better customer service. Now for the belt, it’s the best belt I have ever seen. Even in a completely wrong size, where it would barely fit around me, it would still hold my gun up. The fit and finish of these belts are second to none. So forget all other belts, this is the one website you need for your belts!
