I had an old sync storage unit that had hundreds of pictures on it and I could not load on my computer. I called Tim and he said to bring it over and he would see what he could do (he had a couple of tricks up his sleeve). The storage unit was no good but he was able to get almost everything off of it. I was so happy to get all of my photos. All of my grandbabies pictures, deer lease pictures, wedding, anniversary, pictures that I had forgotten about! It was truly a blessing to me to have them, memories I could never replace. The price was very reasonable and well worth it! I can not thank you enough for being able to retrieve those precious memories for me! I will highly recommend this company to my family and friends that need any kind of help.
