I emailed for a quote and got an answer the same day. Very please with their support. I needed flood insurance by Dec 1 and emailed them on Nov 29 so I was rushing them and they came through for me. I now have insurance with them and it cost me a $1000.00 less then my previous flood insurance company. I am very please with there customer service and would recommend that everyone would give them a chance to quote them and maybe save a bundle of money like me.
