When first calling to request service for my garbage disposal, I was informed that there would be no charge to come out and diagnose the problem; that already sets Spartan apart and above the rest in the field. Additionally, Bayley was able to provide me with a next day appointment along with a one-hour window to accommodate my work schedule. Service Technician Enrique called when he was on his way with an estimated time of arrival, showed up promptly (early), and was both personable and professional the entire service call. As Enrique began to troubleshoot the problem, he explained each step of what he was doing along the way. After about ten minutes, he had restored my garbage disposal back to perfect functionality. Victory! I jumped for joy. We fist-bumped and high-fived. I told Enrique, my new hero, that I loved him. The cost? No charge. Enrique took additional time to explain the three service options and related costs that I would have had if he had not had success in his initial troubleshooting.
