Can't get consistent care givers even after being with the agency for 3 months. Very confusing for my elderly parents. Also make for inconsistency in the care provided and more work for the family to be sure that they are getting the care needed and getting the value for the expense. On the positive side the staff did well with the basics considering some had only been there 1-3 times. Care coordinator Pat and schedulers where very kind and as helpful as they could be considering they are dealing with Covid 19 and the problems it causes. The schedulers would always call and advise of care givers and and schedule changes . This was helpful but also difficult because of so many changes.
