My gal and I went to River Region Credit Union for a home loan, they told us that I wasn't qualified cuz of some derogatory trade lines on credit, they told us to work on it and try again in a year or two. 3 days later we were put in contact with Richie Duncan, not only did our credit not scare him, he offered to help fix it. 30 days later he had us ready to close on our FIRST home!
