I ordered a belt for Christmas and it was a too bog on me. (I ordered the wrong size for some reason.) I called them to see if I could exchange it. They were very polite and sent another belt to me with a prepaid package to ship the other belt back. They shipped very quickly and I am very pleased with the quality of the belt. I use it for work and for the range. I holds up well and is stiff enough that drawing a handgun or a mag is very easy. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a well made work belt.
