Ken (owner) is a pleasure to work with! As a new homeowner, getting a new roof certainly was a huge point of stress. As soon as I started talking with Ken, I was no longer worried - Ken took the time to personally answer all of my questions and provided a quick and reasonable quote. He even personally cane to my property to take a closer look at a couple of areas that required extra attention. Choosing the right roofer is so important because you’re buying not just a new roof but a relationship with the contractor for the life of the warranty - ie 15 years. Ken takes pride in his work and I’m confident he would quickly resolve any issues that might pop up, but based on the high quality work his team did I have a feeling we won’t have any problems. It’s reassuring to know he would be there if needed! I also want to mention that working with Ken was a no-nonsense and honest experience. My dad is a retired contractor and has done many roofs in his time. He reviewed everything in the pricing/contract and agreed the pricing was fair and honest. Ken and his team finished the roof in one day - they took care to protect landscaping and did a great job cleaning any debris. It was like they were never here!
