Ronen was exceptional. He responded late on Monday afternoon to my call about our overhead garage door for our warehouse coming off track and not opening properly. He helped me set my appointment up over the phone for the following morning and listened to me describe the problem as best I could. The following day Ronen came to our warehouse, giving me a call ahead to let me know he was on the way. Upon arrival, he assessed the problem with our door and went to get his tools. Within minutes Ronen had the door working correctly again. He even did a few small adjustments so that the door closed more tightly, giving it a better seal on the ground. Everything about the way he approached our problems was great. Ronen was quick to answer his phone, helped me with the steps needed to set up an appointment, and was an expert when it came to the service needing to be done to the door. I would HIGHLY recommend his company to anyone in the area who needs help with garage doors. He even mentioned he is an authorized tech for the dock doors I have in the warehouse, and will now be my go-to person for any and all door issues going forward.
