Our salesperson was Rosemary, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She was able to suggest different types of flooring, but did not pressure for a sale. Our installers were Adam and Anthony. They were on time, set up and started right in on the job. When we didn't like the spacing of the grout lines, they were able to remove and replace the tile and got it done to our specs. Very pleased with the results. We will certainly return to Shelby Design when it is time to replace carpet.
