Took $210 from me to pre-purchase a meal plan and now have changed the business from Ketone Bodies to Ketone Meals (same website, same meals but they say they aren't the same..) Took me months to get the code to order, then I couldnt figure out a place to put the code. Finally tried again and realize they removed that field completely because they aren't honoring it - even though it clearly said the code never expires and you don't need to use it right now - when you purchased it. Thieves.
