If zero was an option I would rate it with zeroes across the board. Upon receipt of my order I was shocked to find a ~$350 laptop in place of the $820 laptop I ordered. I am still awaiting a refund so that I can replace the Holiday gift but now I will have to pay a lot more due to the item being on sale. Upon calling them out on the "bait and switch" they pulled (I'm not the only one, there are TONS of people on Newegg that got scammed by BuyVPC.com) I am now waiting around with $800 tied up in their system missing out on deals by the day with NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL!!!
