I've been shopping with Niagara for several years. I find the product selection is great, prices fair, and customer service prompt when I needed it in the past. Shipping is slow. Time for product to be shipped is slow, and the slowness is the reason I don't use them as much as I would otherwise. I am a bicycle rebuilder and go through a lot of parts and accessories. Since I can't purchase at wholesale, I search for the best retail price I can find, and Niagara is usually right in there. Closeout sales are awesome and it would be nice to be alerted of deals and sales on a regular basis, especially in the winter when I have a little more time to shop sales. -- a targeted newsletter -- utilizing information gleaned from a survey would increase Niagara's ability to identify certain customer types and cater to the anticipated volume and needs. ***(if I end up getting spam from third parties not bicycle related because of this review, I will never purchase from Niagara again ;) )***
