On 09/02/19 I took my brother to XpressWellness in Enid because of left shoulder pain. The PA that cared for him during that visit stated that he most like had a muscle sprain and prescribed him muscle relaxers, steroids and an anti-inflammatory. She gave him instructions to return in one week for x-rays if he was not feeling any better. On 09/09/19 we returned as was recommended so that they could x-ray his shoulder. An LPN took his vitals, asked about his symptoms and then proceeded to tell him as she was walking out of the door that she and I quote “I don’t know why you came back, you’re not getting any narcotics”. My brother and I then left without him receiving any treatment because of the LPN's attitude and unprofessionalism. After dropping my brother off, I returned to the facility and spoke to the receptionist and explained that I wanted to speak to the manager and that I did not appreciate the LPN's implication that my brother was just there to obtain narcotics. I do not understand why a facility would employee and allow someone with this unprofessional attitude to interact with patients. We will not be returning and have reported her to the OK Nursing Board
