I’ve spent so many years in a gym doing the same thing over and over and I needed a change. Burn Kickboxing is such a fantastic all around workout. No two classes are the same and never boring. The trainers are great and make classes fun and fly by! After a couple months of about five classes a week I feel great, physically and mentally, and I don’t want to ever skip a class!
