At first I was skeptical about implementing the cash discount program because I didn't want to upset my customers. When I explained it was either that, or raise my prices to keep up with the rising cost of credit card acceptance, they understood. Since I started the program, my cash sales are up approximately 15%. I'm very happy with the program, and have not had any complaints from my customers.
