We had worked with Prosource several times in the past without any complaints but on this past experience the service was horrible with little to no communication. I emailed our rep asking for a quote on some products after we had just spent $7,000 and never heard back from her on the quote. In addition, after we didn't hear back from our sales representative on why our tile was taking over a month I called and briefly spoke with the manager Andrew about these issues and he said he would look into it and call me back which he didn't. I left two more messages and never received a return call. Very unprofessional not only from the sales Rep but the manager as well.
