I don't even like massages, but I like this chair. I tried it just to satisfy my curiosity, but as soon as I sat down, the experience was magical. The chair tilted me all the way back, and as the massage started, a sense of utter relaxation and comfort washed over me, beyond all my expectations or prior experience. This is definitely not your typical massage chair with the lame little knobs that roll around your back and do absolutely nothing. Between the heat, the gentle pressure that's like an embrace, and the massage features, this chair transports you into a world of comfort and leaves you feeling amazing. I walked away with a smile, and my back can still remember the beautiful feeling that this chair gave me. I think this product truly deserves the title of World's Best Massage Chair. Would give it 10 stars if I could.
