It’s a beautiful apartment complex. We don’t typically have noise issues and the inside is fully renovated. My only complaint is how expensive it is. My two bed/one bath is about $1419 per month. The city itself is struggling with affordable housing, so it’s probably close to what others are charging, but that doesn’t negate the sticker shock that comes when I pay rent every month. Aside from that, it’s still a nice place to live. Maintenance gets stuff done quickly and any other non-emergency questions are usually answered by the staff within a business day.
