Susan was great. We had a bit of a scheduling issue, but she re-arranged her schedule to come to my house the same day, understanding that I had taken time off from work. She also gave me a discount! Thankfully I did not have bed bugs, but I'm so glad I called Susan; it's worth the peace of mind.
