Brian is an excellent Realtor! He really knows this business and how to handle the home buying process from start to finish. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and is always on top of everything. I spoke to a few other Realtors but was not very happy with what I heard or how they talked to me. I am a first time home buyer so it's important to me to be comfortable with who I am going to work with. From the first time I spoke to Brian I knew I wanted to work with him. He answered all of my questions, gave me an overview of the whole process, got me qualified very quickly with his lender, and explained everything every step of the way. He even got me closing money from the seller, so my closing costs were very minimal. This was excellent because I was able to keep more money in my account to work on my new home and fix things up. Brian was always keeping me updated throughout the whole process and was always available to answer any of my questions that came up. His lender was excellent, professional, quick, and answered all of my mortgage questions. The combination of Brian and his lender made me feel like I had a team working for me every step of the way and that was awesome!! They communicated very well and we were all on the same page the whole time which made me feel very confident and knew exactly what was going on!! Overall Brian made the whole process smooth and he made it easy!! I am highly satisfied with Brian and all what he did for me!! I even referred a friend of mine who is looking to buy to Brian, and they are already working together and shopping for a house as I write this.
