Our job went quite smoothly. The DVD really helped our installer. We were short a few trim pieces and Ted did a wonderful job of helping figure out exactly what was needed. We met halfway and got the material and it was installed in just a couple of days. We have had our project completed over two years now. It looks like new. No complaints.
