Sent an email looking for a quote and had a response within two hours. Ken came out for a look a couple hours later. He went through the process and products. Also went through other possible unexpected problems, e.g., rotten plywood. Scheduled the job for a couple of days later. I was told the crew would arrive between 7 and 8 AM. They showed up promptly at 7:00 AM. When the crew found wet plywood with rusty nails, I was promptly informed. Turns out, when the house was built the bathrooms vented out to the soffits. Over the years the soffits were painted shut so the bathroom vents were venting into the attic. Ken had the crew put in a couple of 'goose neck' vents for the bathrooms. The reason I was happy with this job was the good communication. Ken's recommendations for shingle and flashing colors turned out nice as well.
