First class - Excellent ratings all round. A very knowledgable, pleasant, patient and professional staff. While they provide a ?complete service?, including a wide variety of hearing aids to chose from, I was particularly impressed with the quality of the ?fitting?? and the "followthrough" provided. As a suggestion for consideration - I believe they need to emphasis these two services more. Most people looking to obtain a hearing aid don?t understand or appreciate the value of these, when selecting a hearing aid provider.
