Dr. Scarff was very knowledgeable on the subject of hearing loss. She used language that was easily understood by the group. Her description of the science behind hearing loss, together with the impact it may have on an individual's life was very enlightening. I personally have a lot of issues hearing when I am in a room with poor acoustics, with large groups, etc. Dr. Scarff's presentation convinced me that it's time to have my hearing evaluated.
