Susie was highly responsive, extremely helpful, and made me feel like I was her only customer. She remembered my name and account details every time we spoke, and went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. We discovered that I'd overpaid my previous four years of flood insurance (by my own error of not sending in a form regarding primary residence) and Susie and the underwriters made sure I got a refund for each of those years.
