After researching roofs and vendors I got 5 quotes, I hired Roof.Net to replace my 3-story townhouse roof because: 1.Ken explained in detail what was involved and the materials he used (I had a list of recommended/quality materials and he uses them all normally); 2.the company had good reviews on several sites (which I read over 50+) and 3.the price was Very competitive. Plus they were able to start work the next week. Once they were here, I was extremely impressed. Alexander, Jose and Nelson were hard working, polite, cleaned up thoroughly, were respectful of garden and property, and answered all my questions/concerns. Ken, again, explained everything. There was an issue (my fault) with a bathroom exhaust vent pipe and Ken comped the vent cover which involved cutting plywood with a smaller sized hole than existed and buying a vent cover that would work. And Jose managed to expertly attach my duct to the vent cover! They really worked hard, professionally and did a GREAT job. Definitely would recommend them to everyone. Professional, timely, courteous, skilled, patient with my questions and photos, and priced below competitors- everything I would want for a roofing company. 5 STARS on everything.
