I tried the atomic_one preworkout and all I can say is wow. I wanted to try it a few time to make sure that the effects were consistent and they most certainly were. Usually my energy drops at the end of my 2-3 hour workouts but not with atomic_one. Within 30 minutes of taking it I felt a surge in energy that had me more than ready to attack my workout. Before I knew it over two hours had passed and I was still feeling strong. That’s all I can ask for from a preworkout, get me hyped up before I lift and last through the entirety of my workout and atomic_one does just that.
