Wow! I couldn’t be more thankful to Mike and Sarah at Collier Home Care. My mother left rehab right before Christmas and my family and I were stuck in quarantine due to Covid. We called Collier Home Care and they responded immediately to our needs. They got someone to my mother’s house the day she was discharged-- with only 24 hrs notice. During our initial phone call they asked detailed questions about the kind of care my mom needed, what kind of caregiver would be best for her and found someone she absolutely loved. Given the pandemic, they also took time to make sure we understood and were comfortable with all the new Covid protocols. This agency didn’t miss a thing. They were professional, compassionate and reliable when it mattered most. We are grateful for Collier Home Care this holiday season!
