If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I LOVE that I have a structured guide to follow in the time between my training sessions. I only wish it was Kyle doing the sample videos... some of them are a little confusing. I need to say that Kyle is the BEST trainer I have ever worked with. And I've tried several! He is knowledgeable and excellent at teaching the proper techniques so I don't suffer from any injuries. The fact that he has a nutrition degree as well as several training and therapy certifications gives you so much more for your money than any other trainer could provide. And his training is basically 24/7 with being able to send any questions to him during the week. You just can't get any better than this!!!
