We've been using the set of stainless cookware with good results for almost a year. This is one of the only sets of stainless cookware which is electropolished. The process makes the surface smoother and less able to stick to food. You do need to take the usual care and never use anything metal on the surface. Occasionally we had to use cleaning vinegar to clean the pans. But they are as new after much use. You can see yourself in the surface. Top window is helpful. And the stand built into the lids gets used all the time.
