We have been working with Colibri since 2006 when there was a local Pittsburgh office. Since then, the company moved to Miami and very recently they moved to Los Angeles. I have not dealt with this new L.A. office yet. All the customer service personnel that I have dealt with so far were helpful and pleasant. We were grandfathered into our original deal with 20% off all covers and I'm hoping this discount will remain with Calibri's new team in California. As for the DaVinci covering machine itself, the concept is great, but I’ve had inconsistencies with the weld and must contact Colibri if I can’t solve myself with a setting change. Overall I would recommend the DaVinci as it is an easy way to cover paperbacks, keeping them neat and clean. If the cover gets dirty or damaged, it can easily be replaced. My suggestion would be to make a cover size between small and standard to eliminate so much cover waste.
