After waiting a few hours I called when it reached the end of the window for the visit. Sounded like they had not yet dispatched anyone due to a mistake in how the visit was set up. Not sure that is really on Lion Home service as the visit was scheduled through Ben Franklin. Otherwise the experience was great. Technician found the problem easily and came up with a fantastic solution.
