Friendly, helpful staff with a great product! Special order items were not available when advertised/stated/required. A second trip to the warehouse was required because all special order items were not available at the time items were needed on site. Warehouse staff seemed oblivious to customers arriving for pickup. On both trips to the warehouse, workers completely ignored customer arrivals for more than ten minutes.
