Sales rep Barbara worked with me to get a correct light kit part number for a fan in a new home that was installed with the wrong one. Then she found out that the stockroom had the part now - no waiting. She also got a credit for the incorrect unit. The the gentleman in the parts/delivery room assembled the new light kit for me. A first class job by both people - now I have a lanai fan again!
