My experience with Kato Counseling, LLC is awesome, I am actually one of the therapists that work here. The atmosphere here is very relaxing and warm, as well as professional. We treat the client's who attend the psychotherapy sessions and workshops as individuals, and are not pressured by our boss to treat them any other way. I have in the past worked at other facilities that were not so nice towards their clients or employees, and the atmosphere was as if it was a factory. That's why I left, so now I am thrilled coming to work and I don't rush to get out of there. My co-workers all work together in collaborating with each other in finding ways to assist the clients for their benefit and goal of getting better with their mental health issues. Smiling is contagious at our office and it rubs off on our clients. They might walk in frowning, but they always leave with a smile of content.
