I have always got great service and I love the units I have purchased over the years and have given many for gifts. I have recommended these units to many and they have ordered them and always get great feedback from them. I will not recommend many things but I am and have been a user for many years and never leave without mine. Only had a couple of issues and Rocky fixed one and the other did not block one radar and I got stopped, but he let me go, it told me I was being clocked just didn't block the unit out. I still use it, just never sent it back to be fixed. someday I will trade it in on a new one. Thanks
