After about a month of researching floor products I ask Stephen to recommend an installer that was experienced installing wood floors, he recommend Eagle Flooring Company that turn out to do a great job. Working with Stephen was a great experience he was honest, honorable, never pushed to sell me a product, he was always ensuring he understood what my needs were and he made his recommendations knowing my expectations. One of the other flooring company offer to match his quote and I rejected because it was more about the service I received from Stephen then the quote. Thank You Stephen.
