Everything about using BDL Livery was wonderful. My daughter's flight plans were rerouted at the last minute and she was going to land in Hartford instead of Laguardia. I spoke to Hazam only hours before her flight would arrive. He was professional and so understanding of the situation. We needed a car that could pick up two adults and two young children (both requiring car seats) for a flight that was supposed to arrive last night at 11:00PM. As it turns out the flight didn't arrive until 12:15AM and Hazam himself picked them up. He went into the airport baggage area and located them (they were easy to spot because of the double stroller). He drove them to Norwalk (an hour and 20 minute drive) and then he was very patient as they proceeded to unload all their belongings and the sleeping children from the car. My daughter said that this part of the trip (finally ending at 2:00AM) was the one bright moment after a nightmarish day of flights getting cancelled and rerouted. A flight that was supposed to land at Laguardia at 4:00 PM on August 3rd finally ended in Hartford at 12:15AM on August 4th. Thankfully Hazam was there to greet them and finally allow them to relax. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to use BDL Livery and Taxi Service and highly recommend them for any of your transportation needs.
