Ken was extremely responsive and spent a lot of time explaining the process, materials he and his team would use, and what to expect as an end result of the installation. He gave a firm and competitive price for the installation with the caveat that if they found damaged boards once they took the roof off they would advise me before replacement. Ken gave me a price for the replacement of a board ahead of time so I knew what to expect. I very much appreciated this transparency and openness as it meant there were no surprises for me. His team arrived early for the job on the day that we had arranged to have the roof done. Ken regularly called with updates on the progress and his team stayed on longer so they could finish the job in one day. Ken was concerned that as they had finished the job as darkness was falling they would not have done a good job of clearing the site so he had them come back the following day to make sure everything was properly cleared up.
