Great gym and great employees. Big John is my trainer and he is the best. He has me excited about working out and is flexible to work with my schedule. He pushes me, motivates me to eat right and checks in to make sure I'm following the plan. I've never experienced that type of follow thru and diligence in helping me achieve my fitness goals.
