I have been a member since May 2018. I was skeptical to join as I had 2 knee replacement surgeries done, the highly qualified and motivating staff are awesome and make the workouts fun. It is a full body workout and modifications can be made to the lesson plan for physical challenges. I had not been active for a few years due to my knees and this place is awesome!!
